Tornado Sirens Went Off In Lakewood, Colorado Saturday Afternoon.
They just tested the sirens recently and they've added a voice recorded warning that is so creepy. If it weren't for the "voice" I don't think I would have gone to the basement, but like I said it's creepy.
I found Hank hiding under the bed, so while this creepy man is telling me to take shelter I'm crawling under my bed to get my cat . After I filmed the funnel cloud and found Hank we headed to the basement. A few other neighbors had the same idea. We all talked about the "voice" as it will now be known. I should mention I don't normally have nightmares but when I do they involve heights, clowns, or giant tornadoes.. The funnel cloud never developed into a full on tornado. After being told all was clear Hank and I headed home.
Do you have sirens in your area? Do you take shelter immediately? Have you heard the "voice"?
