Gather your ingredients -
- 2 eggs
- sour cream
- salt and pepper
No oil or butter needed
Prep your items to make it easier to transport and prepare while at camp.
Mix your eggs and milk and store in an empty water bottle. (keep cold until ready to cook)
Leave the salsa jar and sour cream container at home and instead use smaller containers that'll stay sealed in your cooler.
After chopping your veggies you can use one of the bags that you'll use later to cook in.
When you're ready to start cooking, combine the eggs and veggies along with a little salt and pepper. Make sure your bag is completely sealed to prevent water from getting inside. No-one wants soggy eggs.
Boil for about 13 minutes. Flip bags once while boiling.
Place eggs on tortilla.
Slice open eggs and add your cut up sausage on top.
Add your favorite breakfast burrito toppings. We like salsa and sour cream. You can add whatever you like.
